Refund & Returns Policy
No Returns Policy (Due to Food Safety Regulations)
At Malhar Chikki & Dry Fruits, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our products. As we deal with perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy ensures that every product reaching our customers is hygienic, safe, and untouched.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged or Spoiled Products – If the product arrives damaged, contaminated, or in poor condition, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect Item Received – If you receive the wrong product, we will provide a replacement or refund.
- Expired Product Delivered – If, in rare cases, an expired item is received, we will issue a full refund.
💡 Important: We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Change of mind or personal taste preferences.
- Minor variations in shape, size, or color due to the natural nature of the products.
- Delays caused by third-party logistics (e.g., courier delays).
Refund Process
If you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:
- Raise a Complaint – Email us at info@malharchikki.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8460074404 within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide Proof – Share clear photos or videos of the damaged/spoiled product along with your order ID. If package is damaged, do not accept the order from shipping partner.
- Resolution Time – After reviewing the complaint, we will initiate a refund or replacement within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 15 days depends up on payment gateway used during order.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placing them. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
